Terms and Conditions

1. About Us The Site is operated by Mix Shop One LTD, a limited company]registered in England and Wales with registered office address - 17 King Edwards Road, London, HA4 7AE.

2. Use of the Site You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Site (e.g., introduce viruses, attempt unauthorised access). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

3. Orders and Contract Formation


All orders are offers to purchase. We may accept or reject any order (e.g., due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud).


A contract forms only when we send you an order confirmation email.


We aim to dispatch orders promptly. You will receive tracking details where available.

4. Pricing and Payment


Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.


We accept credit / debit card payment

Payment is due in full at checkout. We use secure payment processors.


Prices may change, but this does not affect confirmed orders.

5. Delivery


We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days of order confirmation .


Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier issues, adverse weather).


Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment.


If goods are not received within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason:


The cancellation period starts from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.


To cancel, inform us clearly (e.g., email [your email] or use our online cancellation form if available) before the 14 days expire. You can use the model cancellation form below (optional):

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, at your own cost (unless faulty/incorrect). Goods must be unused, in original condition with tags/labels, in original packaging where possible.


We will refund all payments received (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return). We may deduct an amount for diminished value due to unnecessary handling.


Return address: [your returns address]. We recommend using tracked postage.


Exceptions: No right to cancel for personalised/custom items, underwear/hygiene-sealed goods once unsealed, or if goods are inseparably mixed with other items.

7. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods


Change of mind returns

: As above (cooling-off). Customer pays return postage.


Faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described goods

: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have legal rights. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, repair, replacement, or partial refund (depending on circumstances). We will cover reasonable return costs.


Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.


Sale/clearance items are eligible for returns/refunds unless stated otherwise.


Proof of purchase (order confirmation/email) is required.
